Bank Of Ireland Seed Fund Leads Syndicated €800,000 Investment In Hybrid Energy

Hybrid Energy LogoThe Bank of Ireland Seed and Early Stage Equity Fund has led an €800k investment in Kilkenny-based Hybrid Energy Solutions Limited, a specialist provider of hybrid renewable energy systems.  The syndicated investment comprises of a €500k investment by the Bank of Ireland Seed Fund with the remainder of the funds provided by Simple.ie Green BES Fund.

Enterprise Ireland Briefs Entrepreneurs On Funding Options For Early Stage Companies

Enterprise IrelandEnterprise Ireland recently held a briefing for innovative high potential start up companies in the Limerick area on the options available for them to raise early stage funding  The briefing was held in conjunction with Horwarth Bastow Charleton, Accountants (HBC) and took place in the Enterprise Acceleration Centre, Limerick IT on the 6th April.

ServiceFrame Secures €950,000 Investment

Service FrameThe Bank of Ireland Seed and Early Stage Equity Fund has led a €950,000 investment in ServiceFrame (www.serviceframe.com), an Outsourcing Relationship Management specialist. The syndicated investment comprises of a €450,000 investment by the Bank of Ireland Seed Fund with the remainder of the funds provided by Enterprise Ireland and members of the executive team.

Monaco and Irish Venture Capital Associations Enter Strategic Alliance

ivcaThe Irish Venture Capital Association (IVCA) and the Monaco Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (MVCA) met at the Enterprise Ireland headquarters in Dublin on the 4th April 2011 and signed a formal partnership agreement setting out key areas where both organisations will collaborate with a view to benefiting from each others experience, capabilities and networks.  This new partnership will pave the way for the sharing of investment opportunities leading to increased syndicated international VC investments.
